Let me introduce another
member of our team. This is Alex Robins. Fresh out of 6th form college,
Alex acquired an apprenticeship at the Devere Academy of Hospitality where he
received great experience at their flagship hotel, Manchester in banquet
catering, along with his NVQ 2 award in Professional cookery. He then went on
to gain restaurant experience at a newly opened bistro in Altrincham; he
assisted the head chef to create his signature dishes and sauces for his new
menu. Alex has a creative passion for food & he loves working at Bella's
and looks forward to bringing out more of his creative side.
Lorna has been wonderful to work with as we planned our wedding. Knowing she

Hello, my name is Lorna Isobel Robins and my passion for great
parties started very young as I enjoyed catering parties with my mum. After
leaving school however I trained as a hairstylist and make-up artist. When I
left the U.K for Florida, USA in 1990 I knew it was the right time for a career
change, it was not hard to decide in which direction to go. I went back to
college and studied catering business and gourmet cooking.
